This is a quality product. I really like this lecithin, and it's competitively priced compared to other sunflower lecithin brands. While taking choleretic drugs, some unpleasant sensations can occur, but lecithin aids in improving bile production and reducing these sensations. It also promotes the functioning of the nervous system, enhancing understanding and behaviour. The benefits are clear; I give it to my 12-year-old child with atrial septal defect. The capsules are large, but once you get used to them, swallowing is easy.

As a medicine and dietary supplement, lecithin is prescribed for children with autism and central nervous system disorders as part of comprehensive treatment. The best lecithin we've tried! I’m not fond of the company Nau, but their lecithin outperforms even the expensive organic ones. My son, who has atrial septal defect, has found it beneficial for improving bile outflow. It works gently and helps normalise stools.
